| dc.description.abstract | En el departamento de Caldas en el año 2021 el promedio de accidentes laborales fue de 1.380 casos diarios; sin embargo, para la compañía Mabe Colombia SAS la seguridad es su primer pilar, por lo tanto en el presente trabajo se realizó el análisis de los riesgos de la máquina termoformadora Brown basado en la metodología que plantea las normas ISO 12100:2010, mediante una investigación mixta, donde inicialmente se determinaron los límites de la máquina para identificar los peligros asociados a la operación y tareas específicas, posteriormente se estimó el valor o nivel de riesgo de una forma cuantitativa y cualitativa para los operarios. En el diseño de la propuesta se plantearon las medidas preventivas que consistieron en la adecuación y fabricación de los resguardos físicos y móviles, además de las funciones de seguridad diseñadas bajo la norma ISO 13849-1:2015 compuestas por los subsistemas de entrada, lógica y salida mediante el programa lógico en un PLC de seguridad de la marca PILZ, dedicado solamente para control de seguridad con un alto nivel de rendimiento, una vez integrado todo el sistema de seguridad se realizó la validación por medio de una lista de chequeo donde se comprobó que las medidas de seguridad cumplieron con la mitigación de los riesgos para los cuales fueron diseñadas. Como resultados del proyecto aplicado se tuvo una reducción de los riesgos con un 90% de cumplimiento según la normativa internacional, donde se logró separar al operador de los peligros existentes garantizado las distancias de seguridad y los protocolos para el correcto funcionamiento del sistema de seguridad el cual se describe específicamente en el anexo 1. | |

In the design of the proposal, the preventive measures were proposed that consisted of the adaptation and manufacture of physical and mobile safeguards, in addition to the security functions designed under the ISO 13849-1: 2015 standard, composed of the input, logic and control subsystems. output through the logic program in a PILZ brand safety PLC, dedicated only to safety control with a high level of performance, once the entire safety system was integrated, validation was carried out by means of a checklist where it was verified that the security measures complied with mitigating the risks for which they were designed. As a result of the applied project, there was a reduction in risks with 90% compliance according to international regulations, where it was possible to separate the operator from existing dangers, guaranteeing safety distances and protocols for the correct functioning of the security system. which is specifically described in Annex 1. | |
