Description:	The article presents elements that allow us to think about a clinical psychology in which the psychosocial perspective not only constitutes a point of view in the understanding of the subjective dynamics that the psychologist addresses, but represents a nodal point in their practice. This is possible, as the psychosocial frame an epistemic and ontological position that allows the professional to approach the realities of the subjects and the communities, from a vision that assesses the complexity of the various elements acting in their realities. Thus, when evaluating, diagnosing and addressing a certain situation, the psychologist includes in his clinical reasoning the perspective of the relational, the processual and the contextual. His perspective does not privilege biological determinants in understanding the discomforts that can affect a subject and, therefore, his praxis and ethical stance is not based on the pathologization of suffering, or on its classification. Contrary to this, the professional must identify that in the human and therefore in the health-disease processes, the bio, psycho, socio-cultural dimensions participate and interweave; which are implicit from the arrival of the subject to the world. The bet is then to learn a clinical psychology with a psychosocial perspective. El artículo presenta elementos que permiten pensar en una psicología clínica con perspectiva psicosocial, la cual no solo constituye un punto de vista en la comprensión de las dinámicas subjetivas que aborda el psicólogo, sino que representa un punto nodal en su práctica. Esto es posible, en tanto lo psicosocial enmarca una postura epistémica y ontológica que permite al profesional acercarse a las realidades de los sujetos y de las comunidades desde una visión que valore la complejidad de los diversos elementos actuantes en sus realidades. Así, al evaluar, diagnosticar y abordar una determinada situación, el psicólogo incluye en su razonamiento clínico la perspectiva de lo relacional, lo procesual y lo contextual. Su óptica no privilegia los determinantes biológicos en la comprensión de los malestares que pueden afectar a un sujeto y, por tanto, su praxis y postura ética no se asienta en la patologización del sufrimiento, ni en su clasificación. Contrario a esto, el profesional debe identificar que en lo humano y por tanto en los procesos de salud-enfermedad participan y se entretejen las dimensiones de lo bio, psico, socio cultural; las cuales se encuentran implícitas desde la llegada del sujeto al mundo.  La apuesta es entonces pensar en una psicología clínica con perspectiva psicosocial.
