| Description: | At the culmination of the 10 years for the implementation of the Law 1448 of 2011 for the comprehensive reparation of the victims of the Colombia armed conflict, from an interdisciplinary perspective, this paper analyzed emotional and cognitive orientation of the Mesa Departamental de Víctimas del Atlántico-MDVA, on decisions and measures implemented by institutions that were created to accomplish with the law, around the dimensions of Justice, Truth, Reparation, Restitution of land and Guarantees of non-repetition. Through a qualitative study with 19 representatives of the victims of organizations in Atlántico, we carried out a content analysis of their testimonies, supported by Atlas ti. 8.4.18 software. The results show the challenges to consider for the implementation of effective public policies linked to the implementation of the Law 1448 of 2011, meanwhile the extension until the year 2031, with the propose of contributing to peace and social reconciliation. Ante la culminación de los 10 años estipulados para la implementación de la Ley 1448 de 2011 para la reparación integral de las víctimas del conflicto armado en Colombia, desde una perspectiva interdisciplinar, este trabajo analizó orientaciones emocionales y cognitivas de integrantes de la Mesa departamental de víctimas del Atlántico (MDVA), sobre decisiones y medidas implementadas por instituciones creadas para el cumplimiento de la Ley alrededor de las dimensiones de justicia, verdad, reparación, restitución de tierras y garantías de no repetición. Mediante un estudio cualitativo con 19 representantes de organizaciones de víctimas del Atlántico, se realizó un análisis de contenido de sus testimonios apoyado en el software Atlas ti. 8.4.18. Los resultados dan cuenta de desafíos a considerar para la implementación de políticas públicas eficaces vinculadas a la implementación de la mencionada ley durante la prórroga otorgada hasta el año 2031, con el propósito de contribuir a la paz y la reconciliación social. |
