| dc.description.abstract | Las empresas y organizaciones que realizan actividades que repercuten sobre el medio ambiente y por ende prestan un servicio al ser humano; se han enfrentado a retos ambientales respecto a la crisis de contaminación buscando así el manejo medioambiental desde la administración general de la empresa; todo esto bajo el Sistema de Manejo Ambiental que sea definido bajo las necesidades. Ante esto la investigación propuesta se plantea un análisis desde el enfoque normativo en el que se identifica el marco legal empresarial desde una mirada medioambiental; el estudio sugiere la necesidad de precisar abordar el problema que tienen las empresas en Colombia debido a la ambigüedad de normas y leyes que pueden interpretarse de diversas maneras en el momento de diseñar e implementar un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, por lo que el trabajo de investigación radica bajo el diseño no experimental como herramienta y se ajustada a la elaboración de la investigación, objetivos de manera transversal. | |
