| dc.description.abstract | La Farmacovigilancia es una disciplina que se ha venido implementando para el buen uso de los medicamentos; por tanto, el sector salud debe participar activamente en la búsqueda y notificación de eventos relacionados con medicamentos, sin embargo, esto no ocurre siempre lo que contribuye al enfrentamiento del problema de manera equivocado, sin la secuencia organizacional de un procedimiento, trayendo como consecuencia resultados negativos. La siguiente propuesta que se desea implementar es un programa Institucional de Farmacovigilancia, en una IPS de baja complejidad que no cuenta con este programa para la resolución de problemas Relacionados con Medicamentos y que puede poner en riesgo la salud de los usuarios. | |
