| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo tiene como fin mostrar una problemática en salud publica en el departamento del valle del Cauca, en el cual se aplicará una metodología de investigación y se definirá la estrategia de comunicación en salud adecuada que se enfoque en conseguir que los jóvenes bajo estas condiciones se informen y participen de manera oportuna en programas de prevención y rehabilitación acerca del consumo de sustancias y el riesgo de las mismas, mediante “la implementación de una red social educativa en prevención del uso indebido de drogas”.
