| dc.description.abstract | Con el desarrollo de este trabajo se busca realizar un análisis acerca del programa de farmacovigilancia, para ser aplicado a una IPS que carece de dicho programa, centrándose en estándares establecidos con el fin de llegar a implementar un programa que permita disminuir la automedicación y los eventos adversos, a su vez capacitar a todo el personal por medio de boletines informativos y charlas sobre el programa y la automedicación incluyendo a los usuarios para que todos estén enfocados en lo mismo y se permita el buen direccionamiento de los casos que se presenten y estar preparados para darles un buen manejo. | |
