| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo académico se presentará y justificará un proyecto construido por los estudiantes del grupo No 2 del Diplomado de Cooperación Internacional al cual hemos denominado “Proyecto de Apoyo a la Formalización Laboral de los Recicladores y Sostenibilidad Ambiental en Popayán”, el cual pretenderá fortalecer la economía en el sector del manejo de los desechos aprovechables, la formalidad laboral de los recicladoras y el cuidado del medio ambiente en la ciudad. Lo anterior teniendo en cuenta que el reciclaje es una estrategia que permitirá la disminución de residuos sólidos, dinamizando el proceso de trasformación de los mismos para aprovecharlos nuevamente y disminuir el impacto ambiental, así mismo al tener un papel importante en la consecución de los logros de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, se convierte en una actividad promotora de fuente de empleo la cual enfocaremos en censar y formalizar a los 120 recicladores de la ciudad que aún no hacen parte de un fondo o asociación (Federación Colombiana de Municipios, 2022), que les permita mejorar su calidad de vida mediante la dignificación de su trabajo y el desarrollo del mismo de manera tecnificada. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the present academic work a project built by the students of group No. 2 of the Diploma of International Cooperation will be presented and justified, which we have called "Project to Support the Labor Formalization of Waste Pickers and Environmental Sustainability in Popayán”, which will seek to strengthen the economy in the sector of usable waste management, the labor formality of recyclers and care for the environment in the city. The foregoing taking into account that recycling is a strategy that will allow the reduction of solid waste, energizing the transformation process of the same to take advantage of it again and reduce the environmental impact, likewise by having an important role in achieving the achievements of the Sustainable Development Goals, it becomes an activity promoting a source of employment which we will focus on registering and formalizing the 120 recyclers in the city who are not yet part of a fund or association (Colombian Federation of Municipalities, 2022), which allows them to improve their quality of life by dignifying their work and developing it in a technical way. | |
