| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación se realizó con la finalidad de crear un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la empresa Interya S.A.S. buscando conservar el bienestar de sus trabajadores y brindar así entornos de trabajo saludables. La propuesta de diseñar dicho sistema se rige en la aplicación de la legislación en seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SST) como lo es la resolución 0312 de 2019 y el Decreto único reglamentario 1072 de 2015, los cuales brindan las pautas para diseñar, implementar y evaluar dicho sistema, se diseña este sistema de gestión considerando el riesgo que tiene la compañía y su actividad económica el cual lleva a una ejecución total de los estándares mínimos que requiere la legislación debido a la naturaleza de su actividad. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research was carried out with the aim of creating an occupational health and safety management system for the company Interya S.A.S. The proposal to design this system is based on compliance with regulations on safety and health at work as is the resolution 0312 of 2019 and the single regulatory Decree 1072 of 2015, which provide guidelines for designing, implementing and evaluating the system, this management system is designed considering the level of risk that has the company and its economic activity which leads us to full compliance with the minimum standards required by the regulations because the company runs high-risk work as is the work at heights. | |
