| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo se realiza con el fin de diseñar un programa de farmacovigilancia para la IPS de Baja complejidad Los Rosales. Esta IPS viene presentando problemas de eventos adversos a medicamentos, uno de ellos fue el caso de un paciente que recibía tratamiento farmacológico y a la par consumió un producto Fitoterapéutico llamado diente de león, que le ocasionó un PRM. ¿Cómo diseñar un programa de farmacovigilancia para la IPS los Rosales? El programa de farmacovigilancia irá dirigido a 100 empleados que tiene la IPS y maneja una metodología descriptiva. Con la activación del plan de farmacovigilancia, la IPS cumplirá con lo establecido en el decreto 1403 de 2007 además, aportará material de estudio a la red de Farmacovigilancia a nivel país, podrá contribuir a los estudios que se realizan de los medicamentos que actualmente se encuentran vigentes en el mercado.
