| dc.description.abstract | La farmacovigilancia empieza detectando un EAM o PRM, ante estos acontecimientos se toma prevenciones. Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), la farmacovigilancia es la ciencia por medio de ella se busca prevenir, comprender y evaluar los efectos en tratamiento farmacológico, el objetivo esencial es mejorar el bienestar y la salud de la comunidad brindando bienestar a las personas que adquieren medicamentos, identificando factibles riesgos que puedan intervenir en el bienestar de los pacientes. Esta actividad se identifica un problema generada en la droguería por una mala dispensación y observando inconvenientes de almacenamiento, recepción, faltantes constantes en los medicamentos y un auxiliar nuevo sin inducción respectiva por falta de instrucción.
