dc.description.abstractNo es desconocido que el sistema de salud en Colombia presenta muchas falencias en atención y servicio tal como lo evidencian el sin numero de quejas, peticiones y reclamos que a diario se registran en la línea del Minsalud Línea Gratuita Nacional 018000-910097. Como equipo de trabajo vimos la oportunidad de proponer un proyecto de emprendimiento en el sector salud, IPS Vital Ser, para El Bordo cabecera municipal del municipio del Patía – Cauca. Basados en la evaluación realizada por la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud años 2020 y 2021 a la ESE Hospital Nivel 1 El Bordo, que deja esta entidad como la peor del departamento del Cauca con una calificación de 3.1 puntos, sin duda este fue un motivador más para presentar este proyecto, buscando mejorar calidad de vida y bienestar para los pobladores de esta región del país

dc.description.abstractenglishIt is not unknown that the health system in Colombia has many shortcomings in care and service as evidenced by the countless number of complaints, petitions and claims that are registered daily on the Minsalud National Free Line 018000-910097. As a work team we saw the opportunity to propose an entrepreneurship project in the health sector, IPS Vital Ser, for El Bordo, municipal head of the municipality of Patía - Cauca. Based on the evaluation carried out by the National Health Superintendency in 2020 and 2021 to the ESE Hospital Level 1 El Bordo, which leaves this entity as the worst in the department of Cauca with a rating of 3.1 points, without a doubt this was one more motivator for present this project, seeking to improve the quality of life and well-being for the inhabitants of this region of the country
