| dc.description.abstract | La RSE, dentro del marco que la rige busca el cumplimiento de objetivos afines al desarrollo de la sociedad, en su economía y en el medio ambiente en el cual la comunidad y la empresa no encuentren afectaciones tanto al entorno que los rodea como a las producciones que propende la empresa y que son de consuno y uso humano, con la implementación de buenas prácticas operacionales, para tomar decisiones, con total compromiso para lograr niveles de competitividad, a través de acciones medibles. Es de suma importancia que dentro del entorno institucional la ética sea una base de suma importancia que interfiere en a imagen de la organización, los empleados, colaboradores, clientes y la comunidad en general, siendo el código de ética una herramienta fundamental, que se basa en guías e iniciativas mundiales y que permiten trasmitir valores, principios y lineamientos los cuales hacen que la empresa adquiera confianza y control en los procesos de la organización.
