| dc.description | The world is currently facing a health crisis as a result of a respiratory disease with an upward trend, which requires the global world to have functional, operational, logistical, and human resources at the service of humanity. At a global level, the United Nations Organization (UN) and the World Health Organization (WHO) are taking measures to expand scientific knowledge about this new virus, which was declared as a Pandemic on January 30, 2020. However, they state that “describing the situation as a pandemic does not change the WHO's assessment” Adhanom (2020); that is, countries must reinvent themselves and activate efforts to respond to this crisis. | en-US |
