| dc.description.abstract | La investigación se enfoca en la realización e implementación de “un proceso de reclutamiento y selección del talento humano” en el restaurante Rey Aragón arepas la 20, dicha empresa está ubicada en la ciudad de Cúcuta, tiene más de 4 años en el mercado, perteneciente al sector terciario o de servicios, ofrece a sus clientes gran variedad de comida rápida, como: hamburguesas, perros calientes, picadas, etc. Donde por medio de un estudio detallado se pretende establecer las falencias que afectan directamente los niveles de crecimiento y productividad de esta, siendo consecuente de la mala gestión del recurso humano. Por lo que carece de aplicación de estrategias que orienten el desarrollo asertivo de la incorporación del recurso humano y consigo conformar un equipo de trabajo productivo. El presente trabajo sustenta el desarrollo de una propuesta de solución factible compuesta por teorías y conceptos que orienten el cubrimiento de las necesidades y retos que se afrontan en la actualidad. | |

Therefore, it lacks the application of strategies that guide the assertive development of the incorporation of human resources and I manage to form a productive work team. The present work supports the development of a feasible solution proposal composed of theories and concepts that guide the coverage of the needs and challenges that are currently faced. | |
