| dc.description.abstract | La farmacovigilancia “es la disciplina encargada de la detección, evaluación, entendimiento y prevención de los efectos adversos y de cualquier otro problema relacionado con medicamentos” (La Farmacovigilancia en los últimos 10 años: actualización de conceptos y clasificaciones. Logros y retos para el futuro en Colombia | Médicas UIS, s. f.) ,ya que al implementar el dicho programa nos ayuda a tener una detección temprana de posibles reacciones adversas/eventos adversos a medicamentos presentados por los usuarios de nuestras servicios de salud los cuales con un debido proceso de sistematizado por parte del personal de salud nos ayudan alimentar el programa nacional de farmacovigilancia el cual es llevado en nuestro país por el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos (INVIMA) en donde podremos presentar por medio de sus plataformas y formato para reporte de sospecha de eventos adversos a medicamentos (FOREAM) y el aplicativo VigiFlow que nos ayuda a reportes en línea de manera mundial. | |
