| dc.description.abstract | El documento trata de una investigación en donde se pretende realizar una reconstrucción historia sobre los hechos que dieron origen al asentamiento urbano que aqueja al municipio de Caldas Antioquia, este asentamiento ya cobro indirectamente la vida de un alcalde en su momento, quien quiso iniciar las vías de desalojo de esta zona, toda vez que el predio es propiedad de ferrocarriles de Antioquia y como bien se sabe son terrenos imprescriptibles, inalienables e inembargables. Estas personas son de escasos recursos que se han venido posesionando de estos predios con la justificación de estar baldíos, y así con el paso de los años han cambiado de “propietarios”, esta posibilidad es mucho más permitida por que el municipio de caldas es un lugar receptor donde la mayoría de estos asentamientos la conforma población flotante que emigra de otros municipios siendo víctimas de violencia del conflicto armada interno que aqueja al país y las poblaciones del nordeste y suroeste incluso del bajo cuaca buscan refugiarse en zonas en donde no se vean tan perjudicados por este flagelo y de esta manera minimizar el riesgo de pasar sus noches en la calle junto a sus familias. La problemática que se aborda en esta entrega es como se conformó el asentamiento y a su vez se pretende exponer las diversas necesidades económicas, sociales y familiares que puedan presentar estas familias, como también es importante mostrar la necesidad de reubicar a estas personas, máxime con el proyecto que actualmente se adelanta en ferrocarriles de Antioquia sobre el tren de cercanías que operara desde el municipio de Barbosa hasta el municipio de caldas. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The document is an investigation in which it is intended to make a reconstruction history about the facts that gave rise to the urban settlement that afflicts the municipality of Caldas Antioquia, this settlement and indirectly took the life of a mayor at the time, who wanted to start the eviction of this area, since the property is owned by the railroads of Antioquia and as is well known are imprescriptible, inalienable and unseizable land. These are people of scarce resources who have been taking possession of these properties with the justification that they are vacant, and thus over the years they have changed "owners", This possibility is much more allowed because the municipality of Caldas is a receiving place where most of these settlements are made up of a floating population that migrates from other municipalities being victims of violence of the internal armed conflict that afflicts the country and the populations of the northeast and southwest, including the lower Cauca, seek refuge in areas where they are not so harmed by this scourge and thus minimize the risk of spending their nights on the street with their families. The problem that is addressed in this delivery, is how the settlement was formed and in turn is intended to expose the various economic, social and family needs that may present these families, as it is also important to show the need to relocate these people, especially with the project that is currently underway in Antioquia railroads on the commuter train that will operate from the municipality of Barbosa to the municipality of Caldas. | |
