| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo monográfico desarrollado bajo principios éticos y resultado de una exhaustiva y rigurosa revisión documental, busca contribuir a la construcción de conocimiento exponiendo las bases teóricas y conceptuales del crecimiento personal, las redes de apoyo y el aprendizaje, postulando este último como el proceso integrador de ambas basándose en el principio de determinismo reciproco en el que intervienen diferentes elementos de tipo biológico, psicológico y social con el fin de comprender a profundidad la interacción entre individuo, entorno y desarrollo, partiendo de la idea, de que mas allá de individuos existen sujetos, individuos atados a una sociedad y a unos contextos específicos de los que no solo son productos sino productores. | |
