| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo encontraremos los pilares y bases en los cuales se centra el sector transportes e inventarios del área de distribución de la compañía Papeles Nacionales S.A. observando los procesos actuales con los cuales se rige el área en mención y aportando posibles opciones de mejoras a las actividades realizadas, tales como el seguimiento permanente a las entregas de producto terminado, garantizando que lleguen en perfectas condiciones y de manera oportuna a cada uno de los clientes, programación de vehículos para cargue nacional siguiendo parámetros del área despachos, cálculo de cubicaje en el área del cargue del vehículo garantizando que toda la mercancía sea correctamente despachada, seguimiento a la meta diaria garantizando su cumplimento al 100 %, apoyo a los controles de inventarios, garantizando que los físicos coincida con los del sistema; cada una de las actividades mencionadas de alta prioridad en el sector logístico de la compañía ya que está en juego el nivel de servicio prestado por la empresa a sus clientes. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the present work we will find the pillars and bases on which the transport and inventory sector of the distribution area of the company Papeles Nacionales S.A. is focused. Observing the current processes with which the area in question is governed and providing possible options for improvements to the activities carried out, such as permanent monitoring of finished product deliveries, guaranteeing that they arrive in perfect condition and in a timely manner to each of the clients, programming of vehicles for national cargo following parameters of the dispatch area, calculation of cubic capacity in the vehicle cargo area guaranteeing that all merchandise is correctly dispatched, monitoring of the daily goal guaranteeing its 100% compliance, support to inventory controls, ensuring that the physical ones match those of the system; each of the activities mentioned is a high priority in the company's logistics sector, since the level of service provided by the company to its customers is at stake. | |
