| dc.description.abstract | La Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), en cabeza del doctor Tedros Adhanom declaro el 11 de marzo de 2020 la pandemia por Sars-cov-2, conocida como la pandemia por covid-19; diferentes instituciones y organismos de salud trabajaron para ayudar y generar soluciones que resolvieran el problema de salud, esto motivó a algunas personas con conocimientos en Medicina alternativa, boticarios y yerbateros a buscar en las plantas medicinales una opción para el tratamientos síntomas relacionados al Covid-19, entre las muchas plantas medicinales que afirmaban poder aliviar los síntomas, mejorar defensas e inclusive evitar la propagación e infección del virus sirviendo como antiviral natural, la Moringa oleifera ganó notoriedad y esto aumento su consumo, al punto de estar agotado durante un tiempo en las plazas de mercado y tiendas naturistas de Colombia, por esta razón se decide investigar sobre las propiedades medicinales de la Moringa y verificar cuál es su papel en la prevención y tratamiento del covid-19. | |

This motivate some people with knowledge in alternative medicine, apothecary and herbalist, to seek in medicinal plant an optional treatment to cure the symptoms related to covid-19, among the options for a medicinal plant who claimed power to threat the symptoms, boost the defenses and even avoid the spread an infection working as antiviral natural drug, the Moringa Oleifera gained notoriety and this increased its consumption, to the point of begin out of stock for some time in market place and health food store in Colombia, for this reason it was decided to investigate the medicinal properties of moringa oleifera and verify its role in the prevention and treatment of covid-19 | |
