| dc.description.abstract | Las buenas prácticas pecuarias en la producción bovina de carne son fundamentales para garantizar la calidad e inocuidad de los alimentos que se obtienen de los animales por ende son muy importante a la hora de certificación en una granja de producción bovina, por cuál, realizamos una visita a la hacienda Las Brisas con el fin de inspeccionar sin cumple con la lista del cheque que pide el Ica para su certificación por lo observado la finca cuenta con gran parte de los puntos de la lista de chequeo esta información se estará guardando en un informe realizado en esta actividad. | |
