| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio examina el marco institucional de una empresa que produce productos derivados de la panela. Se realiza un diagnóstico detallado utilizando encuestas para evaluar su desempeño en términos de responsabilidad social empresarial. A partir de este diagnóstico, se propone un plan de mejora que aborda aspectos económicos, sociales y ambientales. Adicionalmente, se introduce un código de ética para promover comportamientos éticos dentro de la organización.
