| dc.description.abstract | El propósito de este proyecto de investigación fue conocer e identificar los eventos adversos en paciente pediátricos menores a 6 años de edad en el municipio de Manaure cesar. Es importante resaltar que la farmacovigilancia nos permite evaluar, detectar y prevenir las reacciones adversas a medicamentos y/o dispositivos médicos. Por lo tanto, buscamos identificar posibles eventos adversos a causa del uso de antibióticos en niños menores de 6 años. Esto se presenta con frecuencia en el municipio puesto que para esta población es más fácil automedicarse que asistir a la consulta externa o en su defecto al servicio de urgencias. | |

It is important to highlight that pharmacovigilance allows us to evaluate, detect and prevent adverse reactions to medications and/or medical devices. Therefore, we sought to identify possible adverse events due to antibiotic use in children under 6 years of age. This frequently occurs in the municipality since it is easier for this population to self-medicate than to attend the outpatient clinic or, failing that, the emergency department. | |
