| dc.description.abstract | En Ábrego, un municipio encantador en Colombia, se vislumbra una oportunidad destacada en el campo alimentario. Con solo 2,6 km² y una temperatura media de 21 °C, esta área forma parte de la activa región nororiental del país, específicamente en la provincia de Ocaña. Ábrego se destaca por su diversidad poblacional y una economía arraigada en la agricultura y la ganadería. En este contexto, la creciente demanda de alimentos orgánicos, junto con la limitada disponibilidad de estos productos y el creciente interés en la sostenibilidad y el desarrollo local, ha impulsado la gestación de un proyecto emprendedor de gran relevancia: la creación de una plataforma para la venta de alimentos orgánicos y locales. Este proyecto no solo promete revolucionar el acceso a estos productos, sino también impulsar innovaciones sociales y generar beneficios significativos para la comunidad y el medio ambiente en Ábrego. A lo largo de este informe, se detallará esta iniciativa, resaltando las posibles fuentes de ingresos y los beneficios concretos anticipados para el municipio y sus residentes. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In Ábrego, a charming municipality in Colombia, an outstanding opportunity is glimpsed in the food field. With only 2.6 km² and an average temperature of 21 °C, this area is part of the active northeastern region of the country, specifically in the province of Ocaña. Ábrego stands out for its population diversity and an economy rooted in agriculture and livestock. In this context, the growing demand for organic food, together with the limited availability of these products and the growing interest in sustainability and local development, has driven the development of an entrepreneurial project of great relevance: the creation of a platform for the sale of organic and local food. This project not only promises to revolutionize access to these products, but also to promote social innovations and generate significant benefits for the community and the environment in Ábrego. Throughout this report, this initiative will be detailed, highlighting possible sources of income and anticipated concrete benefits for the municipality and its residents. | |
