| dc.description.abstractenglish | The municipality of Sahagún is privileged due to its geographical location, since it has soils rich in nutrients conducive to different crops, which characterizes it as an agro-industrial municipality, so that our venture has the main support of raw materials, It should be noted that the panela industry has been the basis of livelihood for thousands of peasant families and that throughout history they have had significant changes, migrating from artisanal and traditional production to much more technical industries, therefore, our proposal seeks to seduce all those families that still subsist in this way and to be able to provide them with all the information about the variety that can be obtained based on the main product, which establishes acceptance and would monopolize the different markets where they are offered, indicating products with a high nutritional level both for human beings as well as animals, in this way our business plan seeks to establish good manufacturing practices that comply with the established standards and technical requirements. | |
