| dc.description.abstract | Las huertas (como sistemas agroforestales), corresponden a espacios que permiten la asociación de árboles y arbustos de uso múltiple con cultivos anuales y perennes y animales en las parcelas de hogares individuales, posibilitan la generación de escenarios rurales para favorecer la seguridad y soberanía alimentaria, adicionalmente que conlleva a una función social, entre otros aspectos, por corresponder a un sistema manejado por mano de obra familiar, quienes generalmente son los que reciben sus múltiples beneficios. El presente proyecto aplicado, busca la implementación de una huerta agroforestal en la comunidad de vecinos del barrio Valdez Tavera ubicados en el municipio de Sogamoso Boyacá. bajo principios agroecológicos y agroforestales, correspondiendo así a los diferentes cursos abordados a lo largo del programa Tecnología en Sistemas Agroforestales. Tendrá como punto de partida la identificación de las especies agrícolas y forestales de la diversidad regional de amplio uso y con potencial socioecositémico, el diseño propiamente dicho de la huerta, aspectos que se adelantarán teniendo en consideración a la comunidad como eje fundante y dinamizador del proceso. Para su establecimiento se empleará la metodología establecida por el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD) (2000). (Proyecto Huertos Agroforestales para la Seguridad Alimentaria Campesina). Se duración corresponderá a seis (6) meses una vez sea aprobado por el Comité de Investigación Zonal y los recursos para su diseño, implementación y manejo, serán aportados por la comunidad, con el acompañamiento permanente de la comunidad académica, representado en el autor del presente proyecto y de los docentes que acompañen el desarrollo del mismo. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present project applied, seeks the implementation of an agroforestry garden in the community of neighbors of the Valdez Tavera neighborhood located in the municipality of Sogamoso Boyacá. under agroecological and agroforestry principles, thus corresponding to the comprehensive applicability of the different courses addressed throughout the Technology in Agroforestry Systems program. It will have as its starting point the identification of agricultural and forestry species of the regional diversity of wide use and with socio-ecosystemic potential, the establishment of agroecological and agroforestry parameters that can be adapted to the local reality and, the actual design of the orchard, aspects that will be carried out taking into account the community as the founding axis and dynamizer of the process.For its establishment, the methodology established by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) (2000) will be used. (Project Agroforestry Gardens for Rural Food Security). Its duration will correspond to six (6) months once it is approved by the Zonal Research Committee and the resources for its design, implementation and management will be provided by the community, with the permanent accompaniment of the academic community, represented by the author of the this project and the teachers who accompany its development.
