Description:	Introducción: Se aborda un estudio de actualización y prospectiva en aspectos logísticos para el departamento del Tolima, Colombia, con la contribución de diferentes grupos de interés para replantear, diseñar y proyectar el mapa logístico y sus componentes en infraestructura, tecnología, integración a asociaciones e interconectar la región con otras que tengan ventajas competitivas. Metodología: se analizan las políticas nacionales para mejorar temas de carreteras, tecnologías, transporte intermodal, plataformas logísticas y accesos a lugares poblados y centros de producción. El Tolima puede posicionarse como una plataforma logística estratégica en el centro del país. Tiene potenciales y amplias ventajas geográficas comparadas con otras regiones. Resultado: el estado y evolución reciente de la infraestructura logística no es el óptimo, por lo que el Tolima debe replantear y potenciar sus capacidades para posicionarse en un nivel competitivo para no continuarse rezagando, afectando la productividad y el crecimiento económico del departamento. Introduction: An update and prospective study on logistics aspects for the department of Tolima is addressed, with the contribution of different interest groups to rethink, design and project the logistics map and its components in infrastructure, technology, integration with associations and interconnect the region with others that have competitive advantages. Methodology: Taking advantage of national policies to improve road issues, technologies, intermodal transport, logistics platforms and access to populated places and production centers. Tolima can position itself as a strategic logistics platform in the center of the country. It has potential and wide geographical advantages compared to other regions. Results: the state and recent evolution of the logistics infrastructure is not optimal, so Tolima must rethink and enhance its capabilities to position itself at a competitive level so as not to continue to lag behind, affecting the department's productivity and economic growth.
