| Description: | This scientific paper aims to understand how job satisfaction influences productivity, for this purpose, documentary research is carried out in which an in-depth review of the studies and theories that gave relevance to this topic throughout history is carried out. In the same way, information is collected and analyzed that shows how the lack or deficiency of certain factors conducive to job satisfaction in the productivity of Mexican workers affects. The results of this research provide an overview of the reality of human capital in our country, especially after the health crisis caused by COVID-19, hence the need of the human resources area to provide well-being to its employees because the success of companies or organizations depends on them. El presente artículo científico tiene el objetivo de conocer de qué manera influye la satisfacción laboral en la productividad, para ello se lleva a cabo una investigación documental en la que se realiza una revisión a profundidad de los estudios y teorías que dieron relevancia a dicho tema a lo largo de la historia. Del mismo modo se recaba y analiza información en la que se evidencia como incide la falta o deficiencia de ciertos factores conducentes a la satisfacción laboral en la productividad en los trabajadores mexicanos. Los resultados de esta investigación permiten obtener un panorama de la realidad que vive el capital humano en nuestro país, sobre todo después de la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19, de ahí surge la necesidad del área de recursos humanos por brindar bienestar a sus empleados ya que de ellos depende el éxito de las empresas u organizaciones. |
