| Description: | The reflections and conditions that support the experience of creating and managing the interdisciplinary Kay Az seedbed are manifested, which begins just in the times of quarantine due to the COVID 19 pandemic. From there, the possibility of exploring what can be called a subtle learning, its power, its probability, as a proposal for the transformation of formative research that has been offered in higher education mediated through virtuality. Thus, an approach emerges that invites to link the most transcendental aspects of life that can be dreamed of from the human. This seedbed is inspired by pedagogical proposals and thoughts such as those of Freire, Maturana and the paradigm of complexity. It is recognized as a favorable collaborative scenario for the generation of new links between students, teachers and content, which offers the necessary conditions and takes research as a link to contribute to the formation of an integral, reflective, sensitive citizenry, with attitudes of permanent inquiry and with the ability to build new ways to understand and appreciate the world. Se recogen aquí las reflexiones y condiciones que fundamentan la experiencia de creación y gestión del semillero Kay Az interdisciplinar, el cual da su inicio justo en los tiempos de cuarentena por la pandemia COVID 19. Desde allí, se argumenta la posibilidad de explorar lo que se puede llamar un aprendizaje sutil, su potencia y su probabilidad, como propuesta de transformación de la investigación formativa que se viene ofreciendo en la educación superior mediada a través de la virtualidad. Así, emerge un enfoque que invita a vincular los aspectos más trascendentales de la vida que desde lo humano se puede soñar. Este semillero se inspira en propuestas pedagógicas y pensamientos como los de Freire y Maturana, y en el paradigma de la complejidad. Se reconoce como un escenario colaborativo favorable para la generación de nuevos tejidos vinculares entre estudiantes, docentes y contenidos, que ofrezca las condiciones necesarias y que tome la investigación como un eslabón para contribuir con la formación de una ciudadanía integral, reflexiva, sensible, con actitudes de indagación permanentes y con la capacidad de construir nuevas maneras para comprender y apreciar el mundo. |
