dc.description	The teaching practice, especially of the teacher educator, motivates the implementation of the research project PIE075, which, from the perspective of multidimensional thinking (critical, careful, and creative), seeks to contribute to the reflection on the topic, as well as to the development and strengthening of the abilities related to these "ways of thinking" that bring about a conscious experience of the educational practice. The theoretical framework on which this research is based is close to the perspectives of Matthew Lipman, philosopher, and theorist of the "Philosophy for Children" program, who, in his speech, refers to multidimensional thinking as an aspect of relevance in educational/pedagogical processes. Considering the above, the study proposes the development of multidimensional thinking skills diagnostic of UNAD's School of Education Sciences (ECEDU) teachers, in the Central Zone of Bogotá Cundinamarca (ZCBC), from the implementation of research communities, following the field of epistemological knowledge in which the project is based; finding, from its analysis, outcomes that provide relevant elements for the structure of a training plan that addresses these needs.	en
dc.description	El quehacer docente, especialmente del maestro formador de maestros, motiva la realización del proyecto de investigación especial PIE075, el cual, desde la mirada el pensamiento multidimensional (crítico, cuidadoso y creativo), busca aportar a la reflexión acerca de este, así como al desarrollo y el fortalecimiento de las habilidades relacionadas con estas “formas de pensar” que desemboquen, en una experiencia consciente de la práctica educativa. El marco conceptual sobre el que se gesta esta investigación es cercano a las perspectivas de Matthew Lipman, filósofo y teórico del programa “Filosofía para niños”, quien, en su discurso, hace alusión al pensamiento multidimensional como aspecto de relevancia en los procesos educativo/pedagógicos. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el proyecto se propone la realización de un diagnóstico de las habilidades relacionadas con el pensamiento multidimensional de los docentes de la Escuela de Ciencias de la Educación (ECEDU) de la UNAD, en la Zona Centro Bogotá Cundinamarca (ZCBC), a partir de la realización de comunidades de indagación, en coherencia con el campo de enunciación epistemológica en la que se funda el proyecto; encontrando, a partir de su análisis, resultados que propician elementos importantes para la estructuración de un plan de formación que responda a estas necesidades.	es
