| dc.description | El sistema educativo es la manera más particular de ligar la política como el mecanismo de desarrollo de un territorio y la forma más representativa de sectorizar los grupos humanos y delimitar los procesos de la “sociedad, educación y pedagogía moderna”. Es por ello que no hablamos de un sistema educativo único por las particularidades de nuestra geografía y condiciones humanas en Colombia; pensar un sistema educativo es generar cambios desde los entes de control MEN, SED, SEM y establecimientos educativos, con el fin de afianzar un sistema que responda a las necesidades nacionales y no limite el desarrollo de capacidades, reconocimiento cultural con el fin de ampliar el saber, el ser, el hacer y el buen vivir. Es allí donde debemos apostar en la construcción, sincronización e interconexión de la educación en contexto desde la interculturalidad como una apuesta para la búsqueda de las relaciones entre culturas donde exista la equidad, el respeto, las condiciones justas y armoniosas para el fortalecimiento de identidades y el acercamiento a otras culturas aportando a la construcción de un sentido y valoración de sí mismo, bajo las capacidades que inciden en la relación con otros. | es |
| dc.description | The educational system allows us to demonstrate the way in which educational services and actions are organized in the states and their territorial entities, supervised by the Ministry of Education, allowing the levels of teaching and other educational services to beestablished, taking into account the context. The above guides that the educational system manages to link a policy as a mechanism for the development of a territory and the most representative way of notsectorizing human groups and this delimits the processes of advances in “society, education and modern pedagogy and integration.”. Thatis why we do not talk about a single educational system due to the particularities of our geography and human conditions in Colombia; Thinking about an educational system is generating changes from control entities such as the Ministry of Education, departmental and municipal education secretaries; and educational establishments, in order to strengthen a system that responds to national needs and promotes the development of capabilities, cultural recognition in order to expand knowledge, being, doing and good living. It is there where we must bet on the construction, synchronization and interconnection of education in context from interculturality as a commitment to thesearch for relationships between cultures where there is equity, respect, fair and harmonious conditions for the strengthening of identities and the approach to other cultures contributing to the construction of a sense and valuation of oneself, under the capacities that affect the relationship with others. | en |
