| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto pretende dar a conocer un emprendimiento social que transforma vidas en la comunidad de bosa ubicada al sur de la ciudad de Bogotá, en la cotidianidad citadina tenemos un gran número de mujeres que luchan a diario por tener una oportunidad laboral y lograr sacar a sus hijos adelante, desafortunadamente muchas carecen de empleo formal por no haber culminado sus estudios o no tener suficiente experiencia, por eso Resiliente Mamá Resinera proporciona a las madres cabeza de hogar las herramientas y apoyo para convertirse en emprendedoras exitosas, mediante la capacitación en habilidades técnicas y empresariales en la producción y distribución de productos hechos en resina. | |

In daily life we have many women who struggle to have a job opportunity and be able to raise their children. Unfortunately, many of them are unemployed. because they have not completed their studies or do not have enough experience, which is why Resiliente Mamá Resinera provides mothers who are heads of household with the tools and support necessary to become successful businesswomen, through training in technical and business skills, in the production and marketing of artisanal resin products, this is how this venture seeks to provide a new source of income and a way for personal and community development, at the same time promoting the strengthening of creativity. | |
