| dc.description.abstract | La farmacovigilancia activa es importante en el seguimiento farmacoterapéutico en tratamientos antirretrovirales para el virus de VIH/Sida, puesto que según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS, 2024) se define como “cualquier reacción adversa o perjudicial no buscada relacionada con las dosis de medicamentos habitualmente empleadas” (p. 1). En el proyecto realizado se buscó que Regente de Farmacia como líder y en articulación con el personal de salud, a través de un test aplicado en ellos, les haya permitido una revisión de sus conocimientos y con ello contribuir a una identificación temprana de eventos adversos y poder realizar una intervención oportuna para de esta manera minimizar los riesgos asociados con la terapia antirretroviral. Este proyecto es de tipo descriptivo, con una investigación cuantitativa, como criterios de inclusión se estableció el tiempo laboral del personal mayor a 4 años, personal que de manera voluntaria manifestó participar del proyecto con el diligenciamiento del test o cuestionario donde hace énfasis a la farmacovigilancia activa en medicamentos antirretrovirales, y como criterios de exclusión se tuvo en cuenta al personal que lleva laborando menos de 2 años, personal por contrato de prestación de servicio reciente, es así cómo se decidió implementar y aplicar un test específico en el Centro de Salud San Lorenzo ESE, que permitió evaluar el nivel de conocimiento del personal de salud en especial del regente de farmacia en relación con la farmacovigilancia activa, con el objetivo de poder identificar áreas de mejora y poder minimizar los riesgos asociados con la terapia antirretroviral. Considerando los resultados obtenidos por la aplicación del test, la mayoría del personal de salud del Centro de Salud San Lorenzo ESE indicó un adecuado manejo de la farmacovigilancia en sus áreas de trabajo con una comprensión sólida sobre la aplicación de la farmacovigilancia activa en los tratamientos antirretrovirales. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Active pharmacovigilance is of utmost importance in pharmacotherapeutic monitoring in antiretroviral treatments for the HIV/AIDS virus, since pharmacovigilance according to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2024) defines it as “any unintended adverse or harmful reaction related to the doses of medications usually used” (p. 1). In the project carried out, it was sought that the Regent of Pharmacy as a leader and in coordination with the health personnel, through a test that was applied to them, would have allowed them to review their knowledge and thereby contribute to an identification early warning of adverse events and to be able to carry out timely intervention to minimize the risks associated with antiretroviral therapy. This project carried out is descriptive in nature, with a quantitative investigation, as inclusion criteria the working time of the staff over 4 years was established, staff who voluntarily expressed participation in the project by completing the test or questionnaire where emphasis is placed on active pharmacovigilance in antiretroviral medications, and as exclusion criteria, personnel who have been working for less than 2 years, personnel with a recent service provision contract, were taken into account. This is how it was decided to implement and apply a specific test in San Lorenzo ESE, which allowed us to evaluate the level of knowledge of health personnel specifically of the pharmacy manager in relation to active pharmacovigilance, with the objective of being able to identify possible areas of improvement and be able to minimize the risks that are associated with the therapy. antiretroviral. Taking into account the results obtained from the application of the test, the majority of health personnel at the San Lorenzo ESE Health Center indicated adequate management of pharmacovigilance in their different work areas with a solid understanding of the application of active pharmacovigilance in antiretroviral treatments. | |
