| dc.description.abstract | 5 Resumen El presente trabajo fue realizado con la población VIH del municipio de yolombo Antioquia, en el hospital san Rafael de yolombo, con el fin de detectar las RAM, una amenaza para la salud de los pacientes con VIH, es importante identificar los diferentes tipos de RAM(reacciones adversas a los medicamentos) que experimentan los pacientes que reciben TAR (terapia antirretroviral) para lo anterior se aplicaron 21 encuestas de manera virtual a los pacientes con VIH con el fin de obtener la información de primera mano sobre cuáles eran las reacciones adversas de su tratamiento, si tenían percepción sobre la farmacovigilancia, si experimentaba alergia a algún medicamento, si sufría enfermedades adicionales y si al aplicar el medicamento tuvo dolor, ardor, hipersensibilidad o nauseas. Los resultados revelaron que el 33.33% de los pacientes tuvo dolor, el 33.33% sufre diabetes, además se observó una percepción generalizada sobre la farmacovigilancia el 52,4% está al tanto del proceso de notificación de reacciones adversas a los medicamentos. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work was carried out with the HIV population of the municipality of Yolombo Antioquia, at the San Rafael hospital in Yolombo, in order to detect ADRs, a threat to the health of patients with HIV, it is important to identify the different types of ADRs. (adverse drug reactions) experienced by patients receiving ART (antiretroviral therapy) for the above, 21 surveys were applied virtually to patients with HIV in order to obtain first-hand information on what the adverse reactions of their treatment, if they had insight into pharmacovigilance, if they were allergic to any medication, if they suffered from additional illnesses, and if they had pain, burning, hypersensitivity, or nausea when applying the medication. The results revealed that 33.33% of the patients had pain, 33.33% suffer from diabetes, in addition a generalized perception about pharmacovigilance was observed and 52.4% are aware of the process of reporting adverse reactions to medications. | |
