| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto se centra en mejorar las carreteras en la región de Rionegro, Cundinamarca. Actualmente, las vías están en muy mal estado, lo que dificulta el transporte de productos agrícolas, el acceso a los mercados y la prestación de servicios básicos. Esto afecta el desarrollo económico y social de la región y las comunidades cercanas. Además, la situación empeora debido a los deslizamientos y derrumbes causados por el cambio climático, lo que hace que las vías sean aún más intransitables. Ante esta situación, el proyecto busca la colaboración del Ministerio de Transporte, la Gobernación de Cundinamarca, los municipios involucrados y organizaciones internacionales como el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), el Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina (CAF) y el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD). Trabajar juntos en este proyecto brinda un gran respaldo económico para llevarlo a cabo. Mejorar las carreteras en la región de Rionegro es una necesidad urgente que ofrece la oportunidad de transformar y enriquecer la región. Esto no solo mejorará la calidad de vida de las personas, sino que también contribuirá al desarrollo sostenible de la zona. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This project focuses on improving roads in the region of Rionegro, Cundinamarca. Currently, the roads are in very poor condition, making it difficult to transport agricultural products, access markets and provide basic services. This affects the economic and social development of the region and nearby communities. In addition, the situation is worsened by landslides and landslides caused by climate change, making the roads even more impassable. Faced with this situation, the project seeks the collaboration of the Ministry of Transportation, the Governor's Office of Cundinamarca, the municipalities involved and international organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Working together on this project provides a great deal of financial support to carry it out. Improving the roads in the Rionegro region is an urgent need that offers the opportunity to transform and enrich the region.
