dc.description.abstractEste estudio tiene como propósito analizar desde la literatura científica del año 2024 sobre las reacciones adversas, eventos adversos, síntesis de resultados en pacientes con tratamiento antirretroviral diagnosticados con VIH, aunque no existe cura para la enfermedad hasta el momento, los tratamientos antirretrovirales son fundamentales para el manejo de este tipo de infección. Es relevante resaltar que la Farmacovigilancia en los antirretrovirales, permite detectar señales de alertas para que el paciente reciba una atención medica más segura y así lograr mejorar la adherencia al tratamiento antirretroviral de manera efectiva y eficaz. El objetivo de esta investigación es comprender la evidencia científica de la seguridad, eficacia y efectos adversos que causan los medicamentos antirretrovirales en pacientes diagnosticados con VIH, desde la búsqueda exhaustiva en artículos académicos y análisis de los mismos, permite visualizar que la Farmacovigilancia antirretroviral optimiza la calidad de atención, brindando una mejoría en la salud y bienestar de los pacientes con VIH.

dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this study is to analyse the scientific literature from the year 2024 on adverse reactions, adverse events and synthesis of results in patients with antiretroviral treatment diagnosed with HIV, although there is no cure for the disease so far, antiretroviral treatments are essential for the management of this type of infection. It is important to highlight that pharmacovigilance in antiretroviral drugs allows for the detection of warning signs so that patients receive safer medical care and thus improve adherence to antiretroviral treatment in an effective and efficient manner. The objective of this research is to understand the scientific evidence of the safety, efficacy and adverse effects caused by antiretroviral drugs in patients diagnosed with HIV, from the exhaustive search in academic articles and analysis of them, allows to visualize that antiretroviral pharmacovigilance optimizes the quality of care, providing an improvement in the health and welfare of HIV patients.
