| dc.description.abstract | En la realización del siguiente trabajo se llevó a cabo una investigación en distintas IPS , con el objetivo de identificar el riesgo de cometer errores en la administración de medicamentos por parte de pacientes adultos mayores polimedicados. Esta población es especialmente vulnerable a cometer errores en la administración de medicamentos debido a la complejidad de su régimen de tratamiento y la dificultad para diferenciar entre uno y otro medicamento debido a su forma y presentación farmacéutica. La investigación se enfocó en identificar qué porcentaje de pacientes adultos mayares polimedicados en la IPS tienen un mayor riesgo de cometer errores en la administración de medicamentos. Para ello, se utilizaron técnicas de recolección de datos adecuadas y se realizó un análisis riguroso de la información recopilada. | |
