| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto se enfocó en la implementación y auditoría de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) en la ESE Hospital Jorge Isaac Rincón Torres. El objetivo principal fue analizar y optimizar los procesos internos de auditoría y gestión organizacional del SG-SST, identificando oportunidades de mejora y justificando su implementación para cumplir con los estándares legales y mejorar las condiciones laborales. Se desarrolló una lista de verificación exhaustiva para la auditoría del SG-SST y se evaluaron diversos aspectos como la política de SST, la capacitación, la evaluación de riesgos y la respuesta a emergencias. Los resultados destacaron áreas de cumplimiento y no conformidades, además de identificar oportunidades de mejora en la capacitación, comunicación, automatización de procesos y evaluación de proveedores y contratistas. El proyecto concluyó que una efectiva implementación del SG-SST es esencial para garantizar un entorno laboral seguro y saludable, promoviendo la sostenibilidad y productividad de la empresa. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project focused on the implementation and auditing of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) at ESE Hospital Jorge Isaac Rincon Torres. The main objective was to analyze and optimize the internal audit and organizational management processes of the OHSMS, identifying improvement opportunities and justifying their implementation to meet legal standards and enhance working conditions. A comprehensive checklist for the OHSMS audit was developed, evaluating various aspects such as OHS policy, training, risk assessment, and emergency response. The results highlighted areas of compliance and non-conformities, as well as identifying improvement opportunities in training, communication, process automation, and supplier and contractor evaluation. The project concluded that the effective implementation of the OHSMS is essential to ensure a safe and healthy working environment, promoting the sustainability and productivity of the company. | |
