Description:	El Centro Virtual de Escritura, Lenguaje y Expresión - CVELE, como nodo de conocimiento, busca disponer de espacios de inmersión para el aprendizaje, práctica y uso del inglés con fines de gestionar conocimiento y potenciar los procesos de aprendizaje hacia la producción de conocimiento. El desarrollo de una ruta para la gestión del conocimiento es un proyecto investigativo cuyo objetivo principal es implementar una línea de acción que gestione recursos, servicios, eventos y proyectos que aborden estas problemáticas. El proceso se desarrolló siguiendo una investigación con enfoque holístico, cuya ejecución se da por medio de fases de exploración, comparación, descripción, interacción, proyección, evaluación, entre otras, que se dan de manera interrelacionada. Se abordó una muestra de 92 centros de escritura y relacionados para un análisis comparativo y 1092 estudiantes y docentes para conocer sus intereses y necesidades, por medio de cuestionarios, matrices y entrevistas. Esta información permitió el diseño de una ruta compuesta por tres categorías principales: recursos educativos, servicios académicos y educativos y gestión y socialización del conocimiento, lo cual permitió responder al interrogante sobre cómo gestionar el conocimiento en inglés en el CVELE para beneficio de la comunidad unadista. La ruta es presentada en un portal web y se encuentra actualmente en etapa de implementación y monitoreo. The Virtual Center for Writing, Language, and Expression (CVELE in Spanish), as a knowledge node, seeks to provide immersion spaces for the learning, practice and use of English to manage knowledge and enhance learning processes towards the production of knowledge. The development of a route for knowledge management is a research project whose main objective is to implement a line of action that manages resources, services, events and projects that address these issues. The process was developed following research with a holistic approach, whose execution occurs through phases of exploration, comparison, description, interaction, projection, evaluation, among others, that occur in an interrelated manner. A sample of 92 writing and related centers was approached for comparative analysis and 1092 students and teachers to learn about their interests and needs, employing questionnaires, matrices and interviews. This information allowed the design of a route composed of three main categories: educational resources, academic and educational services, and management and socialization of knowledge, which made it possible to answer the question of how to manage knowledge in English in CVELE for the benefit of the unadista community. The route is presented in a web portal and is currently in the implementation and monitoring stage.
