dc.description	Los ecosistemas digitales en salud han emergido como agentes de cambio en el paradigma del ejercicio profesional y la formación del talento humano en ciencias de la salud. Este artículo examina el impacto de estos avances en los siste mas sanitarios y las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), destacandola transición hacia una atención médica preventiva, participativa, predictiva y personalizada (Medicina 4P). En el ámbito de la educación médica, la tecnología ha proporcionado soluciones que mejoran la accesibilidad, equidad, oportunidad y eficiencia, generando la necesidad de adaptar currículos, tecnologías y métodos pedagógicos para fortalecer la calidad asistencial, la seguridad del paciente y la medicina basada en la evidencia.	es

This article examines the impact of these advances on healthcare systems and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), highlighting the transition towards preventive, participatory, predictive and personalized healthcare (4P Medicine). In the field of medical education, technology has provided solutions that improve accessibility, equity, timeliness and efficiency, generating the need to adapt curricula, technologies and pedagogical methods to strengthen quality of care, patient safety and evidence-based medicine.	en
