| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo expone la promoción de la Farmacovigilancia para el Cuidado de la Comunidad para Contrarrestar los Problemas Relacionados con Medicamentos (PRM), centrándose en el objetivo clave, Profundizar en conceptos, principios y procesos relacionados con la farmacovigilancia y los Problemas Relacionados con Medicamentos (PRM) para contribuir al mejoramiento de la salud pública. Se parte del presupuesto de que la farmacovigilancia es una ciencia amplia y comprometida con aspectos como la detección, evaluación, compresión y prevención de los afectos adversos de los medicamentos, de modo que, su objetivo es garantizar que los medicamento a los que accede la comunidad sean seguros, efectivos y confiables para la comunidad. Bajo este panorama, fue necesario trabajar para develar la importancia de la farmacovigilancia en la comunidad, identificar y detallar la manera de devolverle la seguridad al paciente, minimizar riesgos, proteger la salud pública y promover el uso racional de medicamentos a través de un estudio de tipo descriptivo sustentado en autores nacionales e internacionales que quienes describen causas, variables, consecuencias y posibles soluciones a la problemática. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work discusses the promotion of Pharmacovigilance for Community Care to Counter Drug Related Problems; focusing on the key objective, to deepen the concepts, principles and processes related to pharmacovigilance and DRPs in order to contribute to the improvement of public health. It is assumed that pharmacovigilance is a broad science committed to aspects such as detection, evaluation, understanding and prevention of adverse effects of drugs, so that its objective is to ensure that the drugs to which the community has access are safe, effective and reliable for the community. Under this scenario, it was necessary to work to unveil the importance of pharmacovigilance in the community, identify and detail the way to restore patient safety, minimize risks, protect public health and promote the rational use of medicines through a descriptive study based on national and international authors who describe causes, variables, consequences and possible solutions to the problem.
