| dc.description.abstract | Se establece de manera individual y grupal un análisis de los indicadores relacionando los determinantes sociales en salud que afectan las regiones del sector colombiano; según el análisis de la situación en salud (ASIS), permite evidenciar los departamentos que sobrepasan los valores nacionales demostrando un indicador más alto que el nacional, siendo necesario implementar un plan de mejora que permita brindar las condiciones necesarias en salud para estas comunidades; en el presente trabajo colaborativo analizamos una zona muy vulnerable en el país como lo es el departamento de Choco con diferentes problemáticas en salud, en este caso infecciones respiratoria aguda con un contexto muy grave donde los niños son los principales afectados, con el análisis de los distintos indicadores se genera una propuesta de intervención buscando reducir este impacto en salud. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | An analysis of the indicators is established individually and in groups relating to the social determinants of health that affect the regions of the Colombian sector; According to the analysis of the health situation (ASIS), it allows us to highlight the departments that exceed the national values, demonstrating a higher indicator than the national one, making it necessary to implement an improvement plan that allows providing the necessary health conditions for these communities; In this collaborative work we analyze a very vulnerable area in the country such as the department of Choco with different health problems, in this case acute respiratory infections with a very serious context where children are the main affected, with the analysis of the different indicators, an intervention proposal is generated seeking to reduce this impact on health. | |
