dc.description.abstractEste trabajo analiza las opiniones de tres actores clave en el proyecto Panela Premium San Rafael: el operador, el administrativo y el revendedor. Los resultados muestran que la mayoría de los participantes perciben una mejora en su calidad de vida y en la comunidad de Guapotá. También se identificaron áreas para mejorar, como la infraestructura. Se utilizó la Teoría de la Relación de los Actores (TLR) para estudiar la interacción entre los actores.

dc.description.abstractenglishThis study analyzes the opinions of three key actors in the Panela Premium San Rafael project: the operator, the administrative staff, and the reseller. Results show most participants perceive improvements in quality of life and the Guapotá community. Areas for improvement, like infrastructure, were also identified. The Actor Relation Theory (TLR) was used to study the interaction between the actors.
