| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo describe el proyecto “Mujeres que reverdecen” pues éste promueve el cuidado del medio ambiente y la restauración de los ecosistemas naturales en la localidad de Rafael Uribe Uribe, este proyecto aparte de enfocarse en la restitución; concientiza a la comunidad de la contaminación y el cambio climático mediante el cuidado de las hábitats y las especies que en ellas habitan, por otro lado se analizó el impacto económico que este género en el ámbito socioeconómico pues aparte de impulsar la preservación también generó más de 5000 empleos a las madres cabezas de hogar del sector, Brindando no solo capacitaciones, Oportunidades y experiencias enriquecedoras sino un gran impacto personal pues generó confianza y honor por la labor que le brindan a la comunidad. | |

This project, apart from focusing on restitution, raises awareness in the community about pollution and climate change through the care of habitats and the species that inhabit them. On the other hand, the economic impact of this genre in the socioeconomic sphere was analyzed because apart from promoting preservation, it also generated more than 5,000 jobs for single mothers in the sector, providing not only training, opportunities and enriching experiences but also a great personal impact because it generated confidence and honor for the work they provide to the community. | |
