This article analyzes an intercultural exchange in Puerto Caicedo, Putumayo. Students from Colegio Divino Niño participated in virtual dialogues with peers from Bogotá and the United States to raise awareness about the risk of antipersonnel mines and promote peace education, as part of the CHAMPS program (2024-2025). The study highlights social innovation, emphasizing youth leadership, digital learning, and historical memory as transformative tools. The findings show a strengthening of solidarity, intercultural understanding, and community participation, positioning the initiative as a replicable model for peacebuilding.
