dc.description	Este artículo analiza la eficacia de modelos integrados de innovación social y colaboración multisectorial para potenciar el bienestar y la participación de comunidades específicas y organizaciones sociales, como las juntas de acción comunal. Se sostiene que la colaboración entre diversos actores es esencial para abordar desafíos sociales complejos. Se propone redefinir las dinámicas comunitarias centrándose en la esencia humana, destacando el autoconocimiento y las conexiones humanas. Este paradigma busca una identidad transformadora que trascienda lo individual, generando una alteración profunda en la percepción de uno mismo y su relación con la colectividad. En términos de liderazgo, se destaca por su enfoque innovador y visionario, capaz de catalizar cambios significativos en comunidades e instituciones. Este liderazgo guía hacia lo nuevo y orienta hacia formas innovadoras de organización y resolución de problemas. La noción de comunidad articulada resalta la conexión esencial entre individuos, subrayando la interdependencia y la influencia recíproca, y presenta un tejido social transformador que potencia la colectividad.	es

Focusing on specific communities and social organizations like community action boards, the premise is that collaborative approaches among diverse actors are necessary for addressing complex social challenges. The paradigm shift proposed aims to redefine community dynamics by emphasizing essential being, recognizing the significance of self-awareness, and human connections. The presented paradigm introduces a transformative identity that goes beyond individuality, fostering a profound shift in self-perception and its relationship with the collective. In the realm of leadership, the approach stands out for its innovative and visionary focus, capable of catalyzing significant changes in communities and institutional actors. This leadership not only guides toward the new but also steers communities toward innovative forms of organization, collaboration, and problem-solving. The concept of an articulated community underscores an essential connection between individuals, highlighting interdependence and reciprocal influence.
