dc.description	El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar el impacto que tiene la innovación y las finanzas en la competitividad de las pymes. Los avances tecnológicos y la globalización han cambiado en gran parte al mercado empresarial, por lo que se hace necesario que las pymes estén a un paso adelante, esto se logra a través de la innovación y el buen manejo de los recursos de la empresa, mediante la tecnología, la maquinaria necesaria y el capital humano debidamente capacitado se puede responder rápidamente a las necesidades que se presenten en el mercado. En la metodología de esta investigación se implementó un enfoque cualitativo donde se pudo analizar mediante revistas, artículos y otras fuentes bibliográficas el impacto de las diferentes dimensiones que están estrechamente relacionada con el impacto de las variables innovación y finanzas en la competitividad de las organizaciones. Se pudo concluir que, para que una pyme sea competitiva debe tener un amplio conocimiento del mercado, de sí misma y de la competencia para poder estar a la vanguardia, así mismo, es relevante el impacto que tiene la innovación y las finanzas, los cuales inciden de manera directa en los procesos empresariales haciéndola más rentable y con ventaja ante la competencia.	es
dc.description	The objective of this research was to analyze the impact that innovation and finance has on the competitiveness of smes. Technological advances and globalization have largely changed the business market, making it necessary for smes to be one step ahead. This is achieved through innovation and good management of the company resources, through the technology, the necessary machinery and properly trained human capital can quickly respond to the needs that arise in the market. In the methodology of this research, a qualitative approach was implemented where the impact of the different dimensions that are closely related to the impact of the innovation and finance variables on the competitiveness of organizations could be analyzed through magazines, articles and other bibliographic sources. It was concluded that, foran sme to be competitive, it must have extensive knowledge of the market, of itself and of the competition in order to be at the forefront.
