dc.description	La Armada Nacional de Colombia viene mejorando sus procesos de incorporación de talento humano, de igual manera, se está trabajando por mejorar la calidad en la formación militar y académica del personal incorporado, así mismo, a nivel general de las Fuerzas Militares se imponen nuevos retos a las personas que participan de ella, por lo tanto, los Oficiales y Suboficiales se ven obligados a enfrentar un ámbito laboral que exige nuevas competencias y habilidades año tras año del servicio. Ante este importante reto, los procesos de aprendizaje se mantienen en constante transformación e innovación para responder a las necesidades que exige la misma sociedad y Fuerzas Militares. Po lo tanto, la sociedad se convierte en factor determinante del desarrollo profesional de los militares, para poder que se garantice el desarrollo social y económico del territorio nacional, por consiguiente, el personal uniformado es determinante en algunas zonas del país donde la institucionalidad se ve quebrantada por los problemas sociales con que convive la sociedad, y es ahí donde la presencia y profesionalización de los Oficiales y Suboficiales hacen no solo la presencia militar, sino la esperanza de un futuro mejor para los colombianos. Por lo anteriormente expuesto, se identifican situaciones coyunturales de la realidad militar, política y económica en las cuales el rol del Oficial o Suboficial exige un dominio de lo técnico, de lo teórico y lo ético, entre otras habilidades, con el propósito de garantizar el correcto ejercicio de la profesión. Para lo cual las tres Escuelas de Formación de la Armada Nacional, requieren una estructura pedagógica institucional que brinde estas garantías académicas y que genere las competencias suficientes para el militar del siglo XXI. principales con su relevancia.	es
dc.description	The Colombian National Navy has been improving its processes for the incorporation of human talent, in the same way, it is working to improve the quality of the military and academic training of the incorporated personnel, likewise, at the general level of the Military Forces, new challenges are imposed. to the people who participate in it, therefore, Officers and NCOs are forced to face a work environment that demands new skills and abilities year after year of service.Faced with this important challenge, the learning processes remain in constant transformation and innovation to respond to the needs demanded by society and the Military Forces. Therefore, society becomes a determining factor in the professional development of the military, in order to guarantee the social and economic development of the nationalterritory, therefore, uniformed personnel is decisive in some areas of the country where the institutional framework is seen broken by the social problems with which society lives, and it is there where the presence and professionalization of the Officers and NCOs make not only the military presence, but also the hope of a better future for Colombians. Due to the above, conjunctural situations of the military, political and economic reality are identified in which the role of theOfficer or NCO requires a mastery of the technical, the theoretical and the ethical, among other skills, with the purpose of guaranteeing the proper practice of the profession. For which the three National Navy Training Schools require an institutional pedagogical structure that provides these academic guarantees and that generates sufficient skills for the military of the 21st century.	en
