dc.description	The action that the women do, as educative agents, taking care of girls and boys , as well as of young people and women , task that traditionally has been of the private and domesticspherea, has transcended into the public sphere and that they have made it visible as a productive and valuable job. Equally they have achieved an influence in public community decisions and in building identity. For it the hypothesis is that it is probable that the work ofthe community mothers of the ICBF is not valued, respected and remunerated according to the principles of a Social and Democratic State of Rights in the framework of the Political Constitution of Colombia.	en
dc.description	La acción que hacen las mujeres, como agentes educativas, de cuidar niñas y niños, así como jóvenes y mujeres, oficio que tradicionalmente ha sido de la esfera privada y doméstica, ha trascendido a lo público y lo han visibilizado como un trabajo productivo de valor. Igualmente han posibilitado una influencia en las decisiones públicas comunitarias y en la construcción de identidad. Por ello la hipótesis es que es probable que el trabajo de las madres comunitarias del ICBF no sea valorado, respetado y remunerado de acuerdo con los principios del Estado Social y Democrático de Derecho en el marco de la Constitución Política de Colombia.	es
