Description:	The violence project in the schools of Puerto Carreño: reality or fantasy?, it is born of the investigation process undertaken in the CEAD since the last two years and it is implicit inside the day called: After the investigation fingerprints, as a reflection space, analysisand construction that has allowed us, as academic pedagogic community UNADISTA, to appropriate of different subject matters, to sensitize us with a topic and a specific activity, to project us as active members belonging to a top institution in the locality and region.The present work is develop inside the interinstitutionality because three institutions are articulated: (UNAD, ICBF and Escuela Superior Federico Lleras Acosta), with a common end: to save efforts, to optimize economic resources, to share knowledge and each one reaches from his perspective.The principal aim of the project is to know if in the primary schools of Puerto Carreño are present school violence episodes and to identify the factors in which they are associate. Likewise to constitute academic interinstitutional networks and to systematize academic - pedagogic processes that go forward from the educational institutions. The used method is the qualitative investigation, with a design expo-fact. The results indicate that the phenomenon of the school violence appears in Puerto Carreño associated with interfamilial violence, also with the ignorance of the strategies of the teachers confrontation towards the episodes of school violence, lacking in contact between the parents of family and the school; and, social skills deficient in the children who are present at the establishments. It was also found that there are protective factors in the educational community as the interest of the teachers to mitigate the phenomenon, the young people participation of secondary in the process and the recognition on the part of the aggressor’s children and victims of the need of new forms of pacific conviviality. As a conclusion was found that the phenomenon of the violence in the schools is so spread that appears even in a city with very low indexes of social violence like Puerto Carreño because of that there is recommended that the social area investigators should control it. El proyecto Violencia en las escuelas de Puerto Carreño: ¿realidad o fantasía?, nace del proceso de investigación emprendido en el cead desde hace dos años y está implícito dentro de la jornada denominada: Tras las huellas de la investigación, como un espacio de reflexión, análisis y construcción que nos ha permitido, como comunidad académica pedagógica unadista, apropiarnos de diferentes temáticas, sensibilizarnos con un tema y una actividad específica, proyectarnos como miembros activos pertenecientes a una institución superior en la localidad y región.El presente trabajo se desarrolla dentro de la interinstitucionalidad porque se articulan tres instituciones: (unad, icbf y Escuela Normal Superior f.ll.a.), con un fin común: ahorrar esfuerzos, optimizar recursos económicos, compartir saberes y aportar cada una desde su perspectiva.El objetivo principal del proyecto es saber si en las escuelas primarias de Puerto Carreño se presentan episodios de violencia escolar e identificar los factores con los cuales están asociados. Asimismo constituir redes académicas interinstitucionales y sistematizar procesos académico-pedagógicos que se adelantan desde las instituciones educativas. El método utilizado es la investigación cualitativa, con un diseño expo-facto. Los resultados indican que el fenómeno de la violencia escolar sí se presenta en Puerto Carreño asociado con violencia intrafamiliar, desconocimiento de las estrategias de afrontamiento de los docentes hacia los episodios de violencia escolar, falta de contacto entre los padres de familia y la escuela; y, deficientes habilidades sociales en los niños que asisten a los establecimientos. Se encontró también que hay factores protectores en la comunidad educativa como el interés de los docentes en mitigar el fenómeno, la participación de jóvenes de secundaria en el proceso y el reconocimiento por parte de los niños agresores y víctimas de la necesidad de nuevas formas de convivencia pacífica. Como conclusión se encuentra que el fenómeno de la violencia en las escuelas está tan extendido que se presenta aun en una ciudad con muy bajos índices de violencia social como es Puerto Carreño por lo cual se recomienda que los investigadores del área social lo intervengan.
